A multi-tenant SaaS where a WhatsApp assistant answers patients in Arabic and English and books into the clinic's real calendar.
01 · The problem
Patients already message clinics on WhatsApp, but front desks cannot answer day and night, and a missed message is a missed booking.
02 · Agent architecture

Built a WhatsApp assistant that reads the clinic's live diary, offers real free slots, and books, reschedules or cancels in Arabic or English.

Limited the assistant's scope before generation: it gives no medical advice and hands emergencies to a human.

Added the clinic side around it: front desk, shared inbox, ZATCA-compliant tax invoices and a reception voice kiosk, with a bilingual RTL interface.
03 · Outcome
In pilot at one clinic in Riyadh. Self-serve plans are built; clinics are onboarded through the contact page.
