Rewired ATX harnesses and added dual digital LED voltmeters.

Added potentiometer controls, safety load resistors, binding posts, and toggles.
03 · Outcome
A working 3.3V / 5V / 12V variable supply for microcontrollers, sensors, and high-amp motors.
